Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup, or damage.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, socks, and accessories due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request.
  3. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
  4. Securely pack the item and ship it back to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability). Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
